We accept returns only on merchandise that has not been worn or otherwise used / abused unless prior authorization is obtained from one of our customer service representatives (authorization must be noted in the "comments" section of the return form). All returns received within 30 days (post dated) from the purchase date are eligible for a full refund and/or exchange. Returns received within 30-90 days (post dated) are only eligible for an exchange and must be accompanied by the original tags, manufacturers' packaging and SandDoon.com. No returns will be accepted after 90 days (post-dated) from the purchase date unless prior authorization was given by a customer service representative (authorization must be noted in the "comments" section of the return form).  Freight will be added to any exchange delivery.

How do I return merchandise?
Fill out the return merchandise form provided...PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING AND TAGS TOGETHER WITH A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE, and send it back to us. If you lost your invoice, please contact customer service. We are NOT responsible for the return shipping charges so ship it back to us any ways you choose.

What happens if I received damaged or incorrect merchandise?
If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise please give us an email at at your earliest convenience. If, through speaking with a customer service representative, it is determined that we made a mistake, we will have you note this in the "comments" section of your merchandise return form and we will credit your account for the return postage. Again, authorization by a customer service representative must be noted in the "comments" section of the return form for this to happen.

Refunds?
Yes, we will refund your account after we receive the returned item (in the same condition, original tags, and packages. We will process your refund within 2 days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We will apply the refund to the same credit card you used to make your original purchase.  Please note that the credits might not appear for up to 45 days.
