International orders are not accepted at this time. Our shipping methods and costs vary according to an order's total amount. Domestic (US) orders, and delivery can be expected in 1-5 days from the shipping date. "Shipping date" is NOT to be confused with the date an order is placed. When an order is placed, it must be processed before it can be shipped. This order processing takes between 1 and 3 days for most orders. Only when the order is fully processed does it ship from our warehouse. The shipping date is the date on which the completed order is SHIPPED from our warehouse and NOT the date the order is placed. We also offer UPS delivery to addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii (express shipping is NOT available to U.S. territories and protectorates or to APO/FPO/PO box addresses). All orders are shipped from our Southern California warehouse during regular business hours, 9:00AM to 5:00PM PST, Monday through Friday. When will my order ship? Most orders are shipped 1-3 days from the time they are placed. Delays can be expected for special-order items such as 3XL Shirts and/or out of stock items. Once an order is complete and ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email letting you know the items have shipped and how to track them. Please remember that credit cards are not charged until the order ships from our warehouse.
Has my order shipped? An email will be sent to you when your order ships from our warehouse, to let you know it's on its way and how to track it. If your order was shipped via UPS, go to www.ups.com and "track" your order using the tracking number(s) emailed to you when the order was shipped. If your order was shipped via USPS and you received a delivery confirmation number(s) in your email when your order was shipped, go to www.usps.gov to learn more about the delivery of your package. If you are still having troubles please contact customer service.
What if I never received my order? If you believe that you should have already received your order please contact customer service via email at customerservice@sanddoon.com. Processing may take longer than usual if we require verification of the order, if an item was out of stock or if a charge was declined. In each instance, we will send an email to you and await a response before final processing takes place.
What if I didn't receive my entire order? There are a few reasons for why you may have not received your entire order. In some instances, items are cancelled from orders by customers and are not shipped. On rare occasions, items may also be sold out or a package lost in transit.
What if I receive a back-ordered notice? In this case, you have placed an order with multiple items and one of the items is currently not in stock (at the time you placed your order) and will be available later. Our general policy is to wait and ship the order complete unless we expect delivery of a back-ordered item to exceed 7 days. You may always ask us to ship items as they become available. Partial shipments, multiple shipments, and back-orders will not affect shipping charges. You will only be charged shipping for items that are shipped. When we make multiple shipments to complete an order, your shipping charges will not exceed those listed on your original order. If a back-ordered product does not arrive within 30 days of your original order, we will cancel the order unless we receive specific instructions from you to continue waiting. We know it can be aggravating to wait 2 weeks for something that never arrives. We understand the frustration, but this is beyond our control, we want to complete every order as quickly as possible and will do our best to do so. Occasionally, items we assume are in stock are in fact sold out, we will notify you right away if this happens.
